Two craft traditions are blended to create a truly unique American product. Pure maple syrup is made from the sap collected from maple trees, boiled until perfection, then aged to maturity in single use rum or bourbon barrels from a local micro-distillery. The flavor of the rum is captured from the remnants left in the charred white oak creating a perfect compliment to the rich maple flavor. Each bottle is hand filled and uniquely marked in small batches in the world's only Sugar Chalet.

This maple syrup does not contain alcohol. As a natural product, some sugar may settle.
